Solid. these guys know their stuff, and they're not there to give you bs. quick turnaround, to the point, everything a good auto place should be.
Such an amazing experience here which I don't think has ever been said about a auto shop (no offenses meant). The customer service was so wonderful. Jason and Gracie took care of me mainly and they were so helpful. Dropping my car off to get worked on was so easy. Dropped it, handed over the keys, they handled my warranty claim and every other detail too. Not only were they fast and efficient but my ac has never worked better. Thanks guys!
I would like write a review about my experience with AAMCO in Escondido. I was reluctant about taking my vehicle in for a repair, because of many past experiences with other shops. they left me will a feeling like I was robbed. but I needed to have my vehicle scanned on a computer to see the problem, I was told aamco doesnt charge for that service. so I did. as luck would have, they couldnt find the problem... but to my surprise, they kept at it, and they could have easily just replaced a part that they thought was the problem. but they didnt. they kept trying to determine it at the cost of their time, but saved me alot of money. well they fixed it and I cannot express my gratitude enough to them for what they have done. jason, and gracie are wonderful, they have built trust with me. they have a grateful customer for life. and I will always recommend them to friends and family. you guy's are wonderful thanks again...
I was driving North on the 15 freeway and my car broke down. I was close to the Valley Pkwy exit so I pulled off and was able to get my vehicle to this shop. After a complimentary inspection, John and his team let me know that the vehicle was undriveable and would need to be taken elsewhere for a costly repair. I was stranded without a vehicle, far from home. John - the GM - was very fair and kind and allowed me to leave the vehicle, gather my thoughts and make a plan. He is a good person and an honest business man. I hope to never be in a similar situation but I recommend them 10/10 to anyone in need of service in the Escondido area. Kars 4 Kids is getting another vehicle donation due to John's kindness and fairness.
Great guys we have had several of our work vehicles repaired here over the years. John always takes care of us and has a good turn around. Great Value, Great Work, & Great Service doesn't get much better than that. Thanks!!
took my F 250 to be checked for what thought waas a worn out transmission .John was very helpful and and when lookin at it found the sensors were not runnibng properly rec taking to be checked which was going to cost me $ 120 to have it towed . john took it there on his dime and time . as turned out tranny waS working fine bad sensors / when asked what i owed John said no cost / great guy recommend him and shop fully honest and helpful /qualities that are sadly missing any more . Thank you John
From start to finish - John was a great guy to work with. Told me exactly the time it would take to complete the job and advised on additional parts that were needed that did not come in the Clutch and Flywheel kit I brought in. Amazing guy to work with and very honest. Car is driving better than before!
Recently started having serious problems with an older Nissan - AAMCO did a free diagnostic and confirmed my fear that the CVT needed to be rebuilt, and they quoted me about $5k to do it. That was more than I was willing to pay to fix this car, but I took it to another shop to confirm before I scrapped it. The other shop quoted me $7k for the same job. John struck me a class act, and I would have been glad to work with the shop if the car had been worth the effort.
