Such an amazing experience here which I don't think has ever been said about a auto shop (no offenses meant). The customer service was so wonderful. Jason and Gracie took care of me mainly and they were so helpful. Dropping my car off to get worked on was so easy. Dropped it, handed over the keys, they handled my warranty claim and every other detail too. Not only were they fast and efficient but my ac has never worked better. Thanks guys!
I would like write a review about my experience with AAMCO in Escondido. I was reluctant about taking my vehicle in for a repair, because of many past experiences with other shops. they left me will a feeling like I was robbed. but I needed to have my vehicle scanned on a computer to see the problem, I was told aamco doesnt charge for that service. so I did. as luck would have, they couldnt find the problem... but to my surprise, they kept at it, and they could have easily just replaced a part that they thought was the problem. but they didnt. they kept trying to determine it at the cost of their time, but saved me alot of money. well they fixed it and I cannot express my gratitude enough to them for what they have done. jason, and gracie are wonderful, they have built trust with me. they have a grateful customer for life. and I will always recommend them to friends and family. you guy's are wonderful thanks again...

This Aamco in Escondido is awesome. I called about a week prior to bringing my car in, made an appointment, and brought it in for a diagnostics test because my car has been sounding a bit rough. John from Aamco was the one who helped me from the initial phone call through to the time I picked my car up from the appt. He was helpful, sincere, he listened to everything I was describing about my car (I have no car expertise whatsoever) and took it all into consideration when checking out the car. Aamco doesn't do the type of services my car needed, but I left there with a paper reference to a nearby shop that would be able to do so. I appreciate how considerate this place was and would totally recommend, especially anyone who would usually be put off or nervous by mechanic shops. This one gives you no reason to be intimidated. Thanks again!
I brought my truck into AAMCO because it was shifting hard and missing and searching for gears. John greeted me with a smile and was really cool. I had an extended warranty with Endurance and he went above and beyond his obligation to see the claim through until the end. AAMCO eventually got authorization to do a full rebuild of my Tranny and it’s working great! I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received from John and the crew at AAMCO Escondido. The mechanics & staff are the best! They get you in and out in an amazingly short time and only perform what is needed. Never (and I know you're never supposed to say never) have they tried to sell me on services I don't need. I've begged them to replace my my brake pads for at least the last 25,000 miles and they have refused saying I still have plenty of wear left. I love John who always answers the phone with a smile and gives the best customer service! Run, don't walk to this business. It's so rare to find someone you can trust!
